About Ian Tanner and “I’ll Fix It In The Mix!”

Hello.

My name is Ian Tanner.

I am a songwriter and musician – but mostly, I’m a procrastinator! Although I have finished many projects over the years, there are quite a few musical adventures of mine that ended up never being finished.

Then came an event being sponsored by RPM called “The RPM Challenge” – a challenge for sluggish musicians, bands, and songwriters to make an album from scratch during the month of February – start to finish in less than 28 days!

That was all the fuel I needed to get off my rather sizeable ass and do an album from start to finish!

So with that… this blog has been created as a sort-of virtual diary of the work being done.
